At PremiumLinks, we take special care in the quality of our chains. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, here are the return conditions:
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Conditions of Acceptance: To be eligible for a refund, the chain must be returned in brand new condition: Integrity: The chain must be free of any deformation, scratches, oxidation, or knots. Clasp: The clasp mechanism must be fully functional. Packaging: The chain must be returned in its original box or pouch to prevent tangling during shipping.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom chains (custom cut to length upon request, addition of an engraved plate).Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as "Final Sale".
- Return Shipping and Handling Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Liability: As chains are valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund if the package is lost by the carrier before reaching us.
- Simple Procedure Email [email protected] with your order number. Carefully repackage the chain so it doesn't move. Ship the package to the address we will provide.
- Refund Once the chain has been inspected and validated by our team, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
