Returns and refunds

At PremiumLinks, we take special care in the quality of our chains. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, here are the return conditions:

  1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  2. Conditions of Acceptance: To be eligible for a refund, the chain must be returned in brand new condition: Integrity: The chain must be free of any deformation, scratches, oxidation, or knots. Clasp: The clasp mechanism must be fully functional. Packaging: The chain must be returned in its original box or pouch to prevent tangling during shipping.
  3. Non-Refundable Items: Custom chains (custom cut to length upon request, addition of an engraved plate).Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as "Final Sale".
  4. Return Shipping and Handling Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Liability: As chains are valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund if the package is lost by the carrier before reaching us.
  5. Simple Procedure Email [email protected] with your order number. Carefully repackage the chain so it doesn't move. Ship the package to the address we will provide.
  6. Refund Once the chain has been inspected and validated by our team, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
